What is DIICE?
DIICE is FiCore's 5-step framework for complete business financial management: Debtor, Income, Inventory, Creditor, and Expenses. Master these 5 areas, and you'll have full control over your business finances.
The 5 Steps of DIICE
1. Debtor (Accounts Receivable)
Track who owes you money. Record credit sales and monitor payments.
Example: Musa sold ₦50,000 worth of goods to a customer on credit. FiCore tracks this debt until payment is received.
2. Income (Revenue)
Record all money coming into your business from sales and services.
Example: Aisha sold 20 bags of rice for ₦200,000. FiCore records this as income and categorizes it automatically.
3. Inventory (Stock Management)

Where to Find Voice Entry
Voice Entry is located in the Profile section, not on the home screen. You must enable it first before you can use it when recording transactions.
How to Enable Voice Entry
Go to Profile
Tap your avatar at the top-left corner OR tap "Profile" icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Find Voice Entry Settings
Scroll down to find "Voice Entry" settings. Tap to enable the feature.
Choose Your Language
Select your preferred language: English, Hausa, or Pidgin. You can change this anytime.
Start Using It!
Now when you record Income or Expense, you'll see the microphone option. Tap it and speak!
How to Use Voice Entry (After Enabling)
Tap Income or Expense Button
On the home screen, tap the blue "Income" or brown "Expense" button (always visible).
Tap the Microphone Icon
In the transaction form, tap the microphone icon to activate voice entry.
Speak Your Transaction
Say what happened: "Sold 10 bags of rice for 100,000 naira"
Review & Confirm
FiCore shows what it understood. Check amount, category, description. Tap "Save". Done in 10 seconds!

Your home screen shows two main sections side by side:
- "This Month Records" - Shows your Income and Expense amounts for the current month (bookkeeping tracking)
- "My Wallet" - Shows your wallet balance and action buttons (icon-only to save space)
Wallet Buttons (Icon-Only)
The wallet buttons are icons only (no text labels) to save space. Here's what each icon means:
- + Icon - Add Cash (fund your wallet)
- Clock Icon - Transaction History
- Other Icons - Additional wallet actions

Setting Up Your Wallet
Fund Your Wallet
In the "My Wallet" section, tap the + icon (Add Cash). Choose payment method and amount. Funds appear instantly.
Buy Airtime or Data
Scroll down to the Utilities section (below the main cards). Tap "Buy Airtime" or "Buy Data". Select network, enter amount, confirm. Done in 30 seconds.
Automatic Expense Recording
FiCore automatically records the purchase as an expense. No manual entry needed! You'll see it in "This Month Records" immediately.
View Transaction History
Tap the clock icon in the wallet section to see all wallet transactions. Export for tax reporting anytime.

Choose the method that works best for you. All three are simple and take less than a minute!
Method 1: Manual Entry (Easiest)
On your home screen, tap the blue "Income" button or brown "Expense" button
Fill in the amount (e.g., 5000)
Choose a category (e.g., "Sales" for income or "Utilities" for expense)
Add a short description (e.g., "Sold 5 bags of rice")
Tap "Save" - Done!
Method 2: Voice Entry (Fastest)
First, enable Voice Entry in your Profile settings. Then:
Tap Income or Expense button
Tap the microphone icon
Say: "Sold 5 bags of rice for 50,000 naira"
Review and tap Save - Done in 10 seconds!
Method 3: Automated (No Work!)
When you buy airtime, data, or pay bills using your FiCore wallet:
FiCore automatically records it as an expense! No manual entry needed. Just use your wallet and FiCore does the bookkeeping for you.
